Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect:

Media

Purchases & Memberships
When you register for a course, join a membership, or make a purchase, we collect:

We do not store your credit card or banking details directly.
Instructor Accounts (Sweet Partners)
If you apply to become an instructor (Cake Boss membership required), we may also collect:
- Your business details
- PayPal email for payouts
- Course and sales performance data
This is used only for platform operation, payouts, and instructor support.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Courses or blog posts may contain embedded content (videos, PDFs, images, etc.). This content behaves the same as if you visited the source site (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, Canva, Google Docs).
These websites may collect data, use cookies, or track interactions according to their own policies.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data. We may share it only with:
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)
- Email service providers (e.g. MailerLite, Mailchimp)
- Video hosting tools (e.g. Vimeo, Zoom for live workshops)
- LMS services (e.g. LearnDash, MasterStudy LMS plugin)
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the email.

- Course purchase and transaction records are retained for tax and platform compliance.
